Chef Lindsey Scotney started Ellis Hospitality in Spring 2021 to help fill the growing needs of the hospitality and service industry in Oklahoma. Chef Lindsey’s background includes managing some of the finest dining locations in Oklahoma as well as being one of Oklahoma’s few female sommeliers.
