Some details to consider when choosing a shirt for a Serving Shift: look for buttons that are the same color as the shirt, no pockets, no logos, embroidery, or print, and shirts should be easy-care so they don’t badly wrinkle. (Who wants to be serving the guests in a wrinkled-up shirt because they don’t have time to iron?)
